BIBLE VERSE

A Time for Everything

There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:

Resulta ng larawan para sa ecclesiastes 3 1

Have you asked for something to your parents? Friends? Did you request something to your classmates that is urgent? Like you have to get it like right now? Or did you just wish that hopefully you will meet special someone?

In our generation now everything goes on. Everything change. In just a blink of an eye you’ll see how people live’s grow in short period of time. The technology spread all over the world that even sending a message can done by just one tap. Because of those things, because of modernization we tend to speed up. We want everything can be done as soon as possible. Like in food, we are lazy to cook since “it consumes time” we want our food to be delivered when deliver food and a home food doesn’t have differences.

Well, we forgot these saying “Everything takes times”. We forgot how to slow. We forgot the essence of being slowly but surely. I also forgot those things that’s why I hurt someone I didn’t know, my mother. I didn’t know I hurt her because of me being so insensitive. I was asking her to buy me a new phone because out of my classmates I’m the only one who still doesn’t have one. I’m so being greedy to have one I don’t know why. I even told her that she can buy my sister, who is one-year older than me, a phone but she can’t to me. I thought that she’s being so unfair, I hurt her in a way that I making her that she is useless, little did I know she was saving money. Thinking about that past I realized that everything is worth of wait. I waited for my mother to buy my “luho” I didn’t know that she will give me a luxury one. I’m wondering what if I make my mother to buy me a phone that in no time? Will she be able to buy me a phone that I have right now? Probably not, she just didn’t wait me but she taught me that everything take time. There’s always a room for everything as long as you wait for the perfect time.

INFORMATION IS AT RISK

THE GREAT HACK IS AN EYE-OPENING DOCUMENTARY. PEOPLE WHO IS USING SOCIAL MEDIA SHOULD BE EXTRA CAREFUL IN TERMS OF EXPOSING THEIR INFORMATION. BECAUSE OUR INFORMATION, OUR DATA CAN BE USED AGAINST US OR WORST CAN BE USED IN A WRONG WAY WITHOUT US KNOWING. IN THIS DOCUMENTARY, WE WOULD REALIZE THAT OUR INFORMATION IS REALLY IMPORTANT. BECAUSE THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO CAN ACCESS OUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT LIKE INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, TWITTER AND EVEN IN YOUTUBE. WE REALLY DON’T KNOW HOW THOSE APPLICATIONS WORK OR WHAT IS THE INTENTIONS OF THE CREATOR.

IT IS ACTUALLY A SHAME KNOWING THAT OUR DATABASE CAN USE IN A WRONG WAY. I MEAN, CAN’T WE USE SOCIAL MEDIA IN ENTERTAINMENT? LIKE WHEN WE ARE BORED OR JUST A PAST TIME. CAN’T WE USE SOCIAL MEDIA IN A PEACEFUL WAY? LIKE YOU DON’T HAVE TO WORRY THAT YOUR INFORMATION GET LINK? I THINK IT WILL GREAT IF ONLY THE CREATORS CAN SEE OUR DATABASE. BUT USING IT TO WIN IN AN ELECTION IS BIG NO NO NO! WELL, IT MUCH BETTER IF ONLY US-THE USERS WHO CAN SEE OUR INFORMATION OR DATABASE.

I THINK THE GREAT HACK WANTS US TO CARE ABOUT DATA BASE. BECAUSE IF MISINFORMATION CAN USE IN ANY ILLEGAL WAY WE MUST BE ALERT.

FIRST TIMER

In my seventeen years of existing in this world I discovered that I have to do things in order for me to know or enhance my potentials in so many ways, like I have to sing just to have a good grades. Well, that didn’t work, I just discovered that I have a voice of cockcroach. Next I did was to do art, well art is fun though. But what I notice to myself is that I’m not good at picking a colors, I don’t have creative in mind so art is crossed now in my list. The last thing I try is dancing, well me and dancing clicked right away. I really love how music works, how my body matches the beat of music. But dancing didn’t come out easily, it turns out that I still have to sing in a way I have to count my steps. And I still have to do art in a way that I should be creative in creating position and movements. However, dancing become my hobbit, it is part of daily life now.

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
